Hi, My name is Mark Little and I lost 140 pounds.  I'm a business man who slowly got waaaaay out of shape over 25 years by just sitting at my desk choosing overeating and a sedate lifestyle. I was class III morbidly obese (the highest ranking on the Body Mass Index scale). My diabetes was showing symptoms such as blindness and numbness. I had a very painful form of arthritis which caused me to frequently take wheel-chair assistance at the airport, and no male in my family had achieved age 55 without either a heart-attack or bypass surgery (I was 48). I was worried that I would'nt see my 8-year-old daughter graduate high school (much less walk her down the aisle some day).

Then, in 2004, I "ripped up the script" of my life and decided that being unhealthy was unacceptable and relentlessly pursued a weight loss plan.  Being a 313 pound diabetic, I started slowly, but after making the effort required of my goal to get lighter and fitter, I now weigh 173 pounds (my High School weight) and run in 3-4 triathlons per year.

In early 2007 I mentored twelve non-athletes struggling with their weight to follow the same S.O.A.R. to Success process that I followed for weight loss. It worked fabulously! Losing a combined 321 pounds, all saw personal physical transformations in their lives.
