• The Name of the goal (EX: To be healthy & fit)
• Something measurable (EX: With A Body Mass Index of 24)
• A Target Date (EX: August 26, 2007)

Words that describe how you think and feel once the goal is achieved (EX: Proud, happy, energetic, relieved)
